Day Fourteen: Whoops

So, being that I only exercised three days out of six, due to a foot injury, I didn't really see much change. But, I'll post my results anyways:

Today's results:

Weight: 124
Body Fat: 23.7%

Results from last week: 0lbs, 3 inches
Over all: 5lbs, 5 inches.

I am pleased. ON TO WEEK THREE.
